Jane consults from the Essendon clinic.
After dancing professionally for nearly a decade, Jane discovered Pilates to help strengthen and complement her training, and was instantly hooked on the benefits.
Being a professional dancer is the epitome of pushing your body, so seeing the benefits that pilates had upon injury prevention, overall strength and fitness, plus flexibility, made it clear that these benefits can be used for everyone via a good pilates program.
Jane became an instructor in 2016, and has helped numerous clients, just like you, achieve their fitness goals.
Jane has also spent the last four years as a teacher trainer in Pilates education, where she develops pilates programs to instruct and train other pilates teachers. When you join Jane for a pilates session, you know you are on the leading edge of pilates programming.
Jane is currently studying a Physiotherapy degree, and is excited to continue learning and building upon her years of Pilates teaching experience.
She aims to empower you to move well and achieve your goals. She does this by creating an uplifting and motivating environment in her classes, so you know that you are in the right place.
